Alcohol - Liability Requirements
Alcohol is allowed to be on the premises it is BYOB (Bring your own) but the customer must have an insurance certificate.
If alcohol is present, you must provide a Proof of Liability Insurance Certificate at the time of booking.
The booking will be pending and unconfirmed until the certificate is received via email.
Liability insurance must cover $1,000,000 to address any liability related to alcohol use. The Whistlestop Park Grass Lake Depot must be listed as the payee on the policy.

Event Policies
Food and Beverage
Guests may bring their own food and beverages.
Hours of Operation
Depot rental hours: 9 AM – 12 AM (includes setup and cleanup time). Grass Lake outside noise ordinance: 10 PM.

Scheduling
Provide an estimated timeframe for your event to coordinate a cleaning schedule.
Depot Parking
Parking available along Both sides of Michigan Ave.
Directly across the street from the depot is an alley, Drake Street. You can park behind the stores.
East of the depot Marcos pizza park in the back parking lot. 2 blocks east of the depot, You can park in the federated and Methodist Church parking lots.
West of the Depot The Village office, a brown Building west of the Depot and across the tracks. Across from the Village Office park along Brown Street. Read the signs.
The parking lot attached to the depot belongs to the Pharmacy parking. They allow you to park in their spaces after hours. The signs explain parking. Please respect the pharmacies parking lot, there are signs informing you of the pharmacy hours.
Absolutely do not block the alley.
