Alcohol - Liability Requirements

Facility Features

Tables and Seating

  • Eight 60” round tables (seats 6-8 each)
  • Two 8’ rectangular tables (seats 6-8 each)
  • Approximately 90 chairs

Kitchen Features

  • Small kitchen (no stove/oven)
  • Small and large coffee pot
  • Large microwave
  • Refrigerator/freezer

  • Wi-Fi
  • Handicap-accessible bathrooms for men and women
  • Handicap door (29” width)
  • Air conditioning and heating
  • Indoor/outdoor facility

Event Policies

Food and Beverage

  • Guests may bring their own food and beverages.

Hours of Operation

  • Depot rental hours: 9 AM – 12 AM (includes setup and cleanup time).
  • Grass Lake outside noise ordinance: 10 PM.
